The Charge/Mission of the Board of Directors as cited in our Constitution
reads as follows: “The Board of Directors shall act for the Corporation in
all legal matters pertaining to the Corporation, have control of the maintenance,
operation and upkeep of all buildings and lands owned by the Corporation,
be empowered to hire, discharge, manage and supervise all employees of the
Corporation, provide suitable bond for all employees or members handling
Corporation funds and shall maintain approved bookkeeping records of
Corporation business.”
